A lot of people are looking for the eggnog martini recipe from last year. I figured I’d make it easier to find. This was a hit at the 2 holiday events we were able to attend last year… give it a go! And try it with vanilla vodka. Mmmm…
May I make a drink suggestion? I mean… I had been looking for something like this. My man is a fan of the martini. Well, the fancy girl kinds anyway. And for myself, the standard eggnog and brandy gig is so heavy. So I did a bit of Google magic and came up with the Eggnog Martini. I even like it! It’s dreamy! Like a cloud of eggnog with yummy goodness.. Mmm. Try it!
Eggnog Martini
Ingredients:
1 Oz Eggnog
1 Oz Ameretto
1 Oz Vodka
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and shake well. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
Serves: 1

This of course is a poll for the guys. Unless ladies, you know for certain some intimate details about your man.
The other night we went out to dinner. After we were shown our table I got up to use the restroom. Someone else was at the urinal, so I opted for the only stall, which was the glamour handicap stall. I typically try not to use the handicap stall, but will usually use a stall over a urinal. That however, is another post entirely. At any rate, the urinal was wedged between the stall and the sink. Not a lot of breathing room yo. I went in. I didn’t want to touch the seat to lift it, so as I did my thing I was looking down to watch my aim, yanno? So out of the corner of my eye I caught some shadows on the floor. It was the guy at the urinal finishing up. Huh. It is normal to give it a shake or two, but from what I could tell from the shadow action he was really working it! Whipping it to and fro… there had to be spattering. It just looked to be too rough of a shake!
So of course I thought it was a great poll question. Shake it? Squeeze it? Blot it like Beckham? How do you get rid of that last drip?
